`olira validate`

Validate a .jsonl file locally before uploading.

Flag	Description
`file`	Path to the `.jsonl` file
`--check-org`	Cross-check patient IDs against live org patients (requires login)
`--skip-order-check`	Skip the check that patients are declared before logs that reference them
